We are looking for a talented Webflow Designer/Developer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. Webflow or Figma knowledge is a must! Salary range depends on skill & experience.

Responsibilities
- Execute the full web design process from research to development
- Solve business and user problems through user-centric web design
- Create wireframes, site maps, and user flows to communicate design concepts
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Skills & Requirements
- Webflow
- Figma
- WordPress & Elementor
- Proven work experience as a web designer
- Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio
- Experience designing low-fidelity wireframes and concepts
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
This is an on-site position. Remote is possible for highly experienced candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
