We are seeking a talented and experienced Webflow Designer & Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing stunning, responsive websites using Webflow. You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to bring our brand vision to life and ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create visually appealing, responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.
- Customization: Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance functionality and design beyond Webflow's standard capabilities.
- UX/UI Design: Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website aligns with our brand guidelines and provides an intuitive user experience.
- Integration: Work with third-party tools and APIs to integrate additional features and functionalities into the website.
- Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing across browsers and devices to ensure a consistent user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Webflow: Extensive experience designing and developing websites using Webflow.
- Web Design: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Ability to write clean, maintainable code to customize Webflow projects.
- UX/UI Design: Experience in creating user-centric designs with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design/development challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring that all elements are pixel-perfect and consistent with brand standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Webflow CMS.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
