Overview
We are looking for an entry-level Webflow Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building websites using existing Webflow templates, applying a structured CSS class system, and ensuring clean, maintainable code. This role requires strong HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript skills, along with good English communication abilities.
This is a remote contract position. We prefer candidates based in the USA or Brazil.
Role Details
- Compensation: $40/hr
- Estimated Hours per Project: 40-50 hours
- Project Scope: Projects typically include 15-30 page builds + a Blog CMS
- Project Load: Depending on availability, you may be assigned up to 3 projects at a time
- Typical Project Duration: 1.5 - 2 months
- Template-Based Builds: These projects are not from-scratch builds but are based on existing Webflow templates
What You’ll Do
- Develop Webflow websites based on existing templates
- Build and structure websites with a Webflow CMS
- Implement and maintain a structured CSS class system (e.g., Client-First, BEM, or other methodologies)
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
- Apply basic JavaScript functionality where needed
- Interface with designers and/or copywriters when necessary
- Deliver clean, organized, and scalable Webflow builds
- Provide read-only Webflow links for review during development
Who We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Webflow – Comfortable working in the Webflow Designer
- Webflow CMS experience – Ability to work with dynamic content structures
- HTML & CSS knowledge – Understands semantic HTML and modern CSS
- Basic JavaScript skills – Ability to implement simple interactivity in Webflow (not advanced development)
- CSS Class System Experience – Familiar with structured class naming conventions (Client-First, BEM, etc.)
- Good English Communication – Can follow instructions and communicate effectively via Slack, email, or Loom
- Portfolio Required – Must include Webflow read-only links demonstrating prior work

- You are an agency or company – This position is for individuals only
- You do not have Webflow experience or cannot provide past Webflow work
- You are not comfortable working with existing templates and a structured CSS class system
- You require direct client interaction – This role is not client-facing
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Ability to work with Webflow interactions and animations
- Previous experience collaborating with designers and copywriters
